Day 5: beginner’s yoga.

It’s not cheating if there’s no sweating involved, is it?

I’ll give myself the benefit of the doubt and say no.

After all, it doesn’t make sense to go barreling into something and risk injury.

That would just give me another excuse to not keep this commitment to myself.

Instead, I’m being kind to myself.
