Day 4 – Exercise Challenge – morning walk

Day 4 of the 30-day challenge, and guess what happened today?

As my brain was slowly kicking into gear this morning, I remembered my commitment to this exercise goal.

And then my brain went into a panic.

Brain: “OMG, seriously? I have to do it again??? WTF were you thinking? Surely there must be a way out of this.”

And then it immediately started creating reasons why I shouldn’t keep up with this commitment. 😈

>I have too much to do today. 
> I’ve been good all week, so I deserve a break.
> I got in a longer-than-normal workout yesterday, so that should count as today’s exercise. 
> Etc, etc.

Despite being a life coach, I’m not always 100% at keeping up with things I’d told myself I would do. Gotta work on that.

I’ve put it out there into the interwebs so that I can’t back down from it. Find an excuse to skip days. Or let it go altogether.

I’m also counting on all of you to help hold me accountable.
