Into the second weekend of this 30-day challenge, and a new challenge to this challenge is making time for proper exercise on a typical busy Saturday in early summer.
It was after dinner before I was able to create a long-enough break for some exercise. Normally I would have made the excuse that it wasn’t worth exercising at that point. But not now – I’m not going to let that excuse creep in and spoil my party.
I pulled up two of my old fave workout videos for some toning work (legs/buns and abs), and found a new one to try for arm toning.
It’s shorts and tank top weather now, I’ve gotta remember the toning! 💪
